LOST IN HELSINKI REGION?

1. FIND our Regional Welcome Desk when arriving at the Helsinki airport and get the help you need from a friendly face. Look for the desk in Arrival Hall 2 A inside Terminal 2 where staff is available daily from 10am to 8 pm. The Welcome Desk is part of the Helsinki Region Welcome Weeks event program.

2. FIND our Regional Welcome Desk in downtown Helsinki at Luckan, any time during Helsinki Region Welcome Weeks and get the help you need, enjoy a nice atmosphere and meet friendly faces.

Luckan is situated in the corner of Forum shopping center, Simonkatu 8 in the center of Helsinki.

Mon, Wed, Fri from 11 am to 5 pm,

Thu from 11 am to 7 pm

Sat from 12 am to 3 pm
